Conditions for at-Tayammum: Third Condition - Dissolving of Earth (Part 14)
3-That the earth
doesn’t dissolve. Al-Uthaymeen explains that this is the opinion of the
Hanbalees that the substance used to make at-Tayammum cannot be something that
dissolves, such as cement. However, the correct opinion is that anything that
is from the earth is permissible to use.
